There are a lack of multi-centre studies within surgery that research collaboratives are trying to address. Collaboratives use technology to help network, engage, communicate and share events. A subset of the collaborators from the RSTN’s optiFLAPP project prepared work about a common framework for technology at the ASiT 2016 conference.
